These Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “user”) and ManualPort governing your access to and use of the Site and any content, products, or services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”).

- create derivative works from Site Content;
- remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
- use Site Content in any unlawful or misleading manner.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by ManualPort and its licensors.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices for digital products are displayed on the Site at the time of purchase and may change at any time prior to purchase.
You represent and warrant that all payment information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
5. Digital Content, Refunds, and Consumer Rights 5.1 Digital Content Access
By purchasing digital content from ManualPort, you acknowledge that access is provided immediately upon purchase.
5.2 Refund Policy
Except where prohibited by applicable law:
- All sales are final, and
- refunds are not provided once digital access has been granted.

- does not control third-party sites,
- is not responsible for their content or services, and
- does not endorse them.
Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site, Services, and Site Content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement.
ManualPort does not warrant that:
- the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free,
- content will be complete or up to date, or
- defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
ManualPort and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business.
ManualPort’s total cumulative liability arising from or related to the Site or Services shall not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to ManualPort in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or
- USD $100.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including EU/UK consumer protection laws).
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ManualPort from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

- your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ManualPort.
- Severability: Invalid provisions will be limited to the minimum extent necessary.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Survival: Sections intended to survive termination shall do so.
